A lot of chronic pains are caused by inefficient movements which was learned by you. The Feldenkrais method will not fix the problem, but will learn you to move in a more efficient and elegant way to avoid problems and to be able to move freely.
How do we do that?
In the Awareness Through Movement class, you will be guided to move very gently and mindfully on your mat. You will be sensing small subtle movement of your own skeleton. As you become more aware of your own movement and yourself, you will find possibilities physically and also mentally. It is the most beautiful and sustainable way of learning, like the way infants learn. It gives you harmony of body and mind.
